At Meera Vesh, we take immense pride in offering authentic, high-quality products. To maintain our quality standards and ensure the safety of all customers, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The product received is incorrect (different from the order placed).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we request you to follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package — without any cuts or pauses.
  2. Take photographs of the damaged/defective product from multiple angles.
  3. Email the unboxing video, photos, and order details to support@meeravesh.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Important:
Claims made without an unboxing video and supporting photographs may not be eligible for review or replacement.

3. Review and Resolution

  • Upon receiving your complaint, our quality team will review the evidence provided.
  • If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost.
  • In case a replacement is not available, we may offer a store credit or full refund, based on the situation.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to screen settings or natural materials.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior approval and evidence submission.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests after 2 hours will not be entertained as the order processing begins immediately.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return and Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
