At this time, international shipping is not available.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order processing times are separate from the shipping and delivery timeline.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

We aim to dispatch and deliver your products as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or governmental regulations.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided shipping address.
In case of non-availability at the time of delivery:

  • Multiple attempts may be made.
  • The package may be returned to us if delivery fails repeatedly.

Since we rely on third-party delivery services, once the parcel is shipped, it is no longer within our direct control. As a result, any delays or issues that may arise during transit are outside of our immediate influence.
